BRCTC Server
I think I've found the hardware for the BRCTC server. It draws about 20 watts. For $414.00 I can outsource the install process and Dean from Laptop4Hire do it for me. It's clear though that I'm not going to have enough time to get this running for this year. I'm going to find a power source for this year, work out any technical difficulties and push the BRCTC into next year.
