I don't watch Who wants to be a millionaire but I have seen this clip and its an uplifting change from the usual stuff on TV.

Here are a couple of other contestants who failed at the first question.

Homeowners buy surge protectors to protect their possessions from unexpected surges of "electric current" NOT "water flow" ( Chase Sampson).

When someone asks which of these phrases is the common way of saying "I can't take it anymore!", you say "That's the last straw!" NOT "Thats the last stick!" ( Paul Weir Galm).

You've probably heard of Kathy Evans losing by answering "Which of the following is the largest" with "An elephant". Well that's totally bogus.
