Verizon's .002 cents
This story, by now famous on the internet, demonstrates the absence of basic math skills by everyone in their support department. The Verizon's reps continue to quote 0.002 cents per kilobyte even though they insist on CHARGING him 0.002 dollars per kilobyte. They can't seem to understand the difference. It's a sad story. I can't believe how patient the guy on the phone was being.
