QICBoy.COM goes J2EE
The new QICBoy.COM (Version 3) is now fully J2EE. The previous technology I was using (Zope) has been completely abandoned. It was fun exploring the different features available in Zope like acquisition but in the end I think J2EE is the way to go. You might notice that some of the features are not yet working. The clock in the upper right corner for example still reports some bogus time. The provery item also seems to be stuck on the same old saying. I'm still working on these and hope to have them up and running in the near future. Unfortunately, they represent a conseptual problem with the design of the site. On the up side, the stories on this site are all available in NITF.
